Job Description

Working Environment
Our Clients are the UK's 4th largest contract catering business, are currently looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to come and work on one of their University or Concession sites in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with sites to collate and consolidate all weekly, monthly reporting for a group of sites.
  • Collating and consolidating monthly forecast/outlook with budget variance rationale.
  • Budget monitoring, reporting and variance analysis.
  • Collating weekly monthly payroll costs for the group of sites.
  • Assisting the month-end process and consolidation.
  • Assisting in producing management reports for sites.
  • Support multiple ad-hoc projects and requests.
  • Regular analytical review of various cost lines.
  • Liaise with head office, corporate finances as needed.

Skills & Experience

  • Studying towards AAT, ACCA or CIMA (Desireable NOT essential) or have relevant experiences on the multi-sites hospitality industry.
  • Have at least 2 years experience in a similar Accounts/finance-based role.
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills with the abilities to create formula such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUMIFS
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
  • A flexible approach; with the ability to work to tight deadlines and to support the business and teams as required.
  • Good communicator with high levels of interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Results orientated and proactive approach to tasks
