Our client run a 24 hour a day operation with the administration team working 5 over 7 days, Either Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday, Flexibility to cover other shifts is desirable.
The Role is based around Customer and Employee Satisfaction by:
Quickly answering incoming calls & updating drivers on route changes.
Ensuring correct information is always given to the team.
Handling complaints or escalate as appropriate.
Organise and file office paperwork efficiently.
Update multiple systems depending on the workload of that day.
Support the team with additional tasks as and when required.
Ideally you will have the ability to solve problems and make decisions, support will always be on hand for continued improvement and progression within this role.
A positive attitude will be well received and having the ability to communicate with customers and colleagues alike will be an advantage.
