Working from 8am - 7pm the rota consists of working 2 weekends in 10, 4 10 hour days a week. There is also optional overtime available. You must be able to commit to these hours to be considered for the role.
The role is to facilitate the needs of both the organisation and the employees whilst ensuring quality patient care, through effective shift planning and abstraction control
You will maintain and administer the Global Rostering System for the management of resources and the co-ordination of personnel records, rota patterns and abstractions
Constantly monitor resourcing levels and use the information from GRS to proactively take measures to improve deficiencies in cover - considering all available staff including relief staff, Bank staff and agency, and allocating overtime appropriately.
The team are looking for a strong administrator that can work as part of a larger team and also use their initiative to solve problems. You will be interacting with clinical and non clinical staff at all levels and therefore good communication skills are desirable for this role.
