Job Description

Your role is to support internal users and visiting guests to this modern law firm. Your role will include -

  • Opening reception and meetings to ensure a smooth start to the day
  • Being the first point of call for building queries
  • Trouble-shooting day-to-day office and IT functions such as phones and photocopiers
  • Meeting, greeting and directing visitors in person or dealing with their enquiries on the phone
  • Provide admin support to internal teams

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Outstanding attention to detail - taking messages accurately
  • A Professional and polite telephone manner
  • A can-do attitude, every visitor is offered refreshments and made to feel comfortable when waiting.
  • Being proactive with the ability to plan ahead for the day
