Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- Receiving and logging maintenance requests
- Completing administration tasks relating to service requests
- Analysing and interpreting data to prevent any service failures
- Working closely with Contract/Facilities Managers to develop and enhance the quality of service and reporting processes
- Ensuring that any daily, weekly and monthly audits are completed
- Maintaining key contractual documentation and records as required
