Job Description

Working in a growing, friendly and dynamic environment, you will be looking after a range of clients including sole traders, partnerships and limited companies, meeting with them on a regular basis either face to face or over video call (due to Covid restrictions) to build long term relationships with each and everyone one of them.

You will be looking at ways to bring new clients into the practice as well as working closely with your team of trainees on their day to day allocation of work by managing workflow coming into the business.

You will be able to get involved in the wider business and become an integral part of the team along with further career development as the business grows.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

We are looking for someone who has previous client management experience within a practice or a senior accountant who is looking for that next step up within their career. A fully qualified (ACCA / ACA / ICAEW) accountant with the customer service skills to match. Someone who has strong accounts preparation experience for incorporated and unincorporated clients, along with the use of Quickbooks, IRIS, XERO or other similar accountancy packages with strong excel skills to match.
