Job Description

Specifically, you will deliver the month-end; produce high quality financial reporting and analysis; and support preparation of monthly management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations along with the Assistant Accountant. You will implement and drive effective KPI reporting; deliver data-driven analysis to support new initiatives and commercial projects; deliver monthly forecasting and the annual budget; and other pieces of ad hoc analysis and accounting.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The successful candidate will be a part qualified or qualified accountant who has a strong understanding of management accounting and is keen to develop their commercial analysis skills in a multi-site hospitality business. You will be innovative and keen to improve the finance and analytics function. Naturally, you will possess advanced excel and excellent numerical and analytical skills. You will be a natural independent self-starter and be able to communicate your analytical findings to a senior and non-finance colleagues effectively.
