ROLE HIGHLIGHTS

• Finalising consolidation for group management reporting (target Business Day 4 cut-off)
• Group financial reporting with robust financial analysis around gross margins against budget and forecasts
• Preparation of various reports supporting the loan facility requirements
• Assist in preparing quarterly forecasting information and annual budget preparation for the Group
• Responsible for annual Audit together with other senior Finance team members
• Understanding of Inventory and all associated inventory accounting processes to support financial analysis
• Control of Intercompany inventory movements between ATS Ireland and all other Group companies including reconciliations
• Rolling Group cashflow forecasting
• Supporting analysis and documentation for ad hoc requests to aid decisions regarding financial strategy
• Support for GFC on various financial ad hoc projects
• Any other ad hoc requirements from GFC/Founders

DESIRABLE ADDITIONAL TALENTS

• Experience using NetSuite or SAP or other major integrated ERP system
• Experience in the mobile / technology sector

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Chartered Accountant/ACCA preferred - however not essential 5+ years’ experience with min 2 years in similar roles Hands-on personality Able to perform under pressure and tight timelines Very strong analytical skills Strong Excel skills Affinity with different types of IT systems Strong commercial skills and an understanding of the impact of financial factors such as cost of goods, inventory turns, gross profit The ability to self-motivate and to motivate others to attain excellence The DNA you possess is essential - fun, committed, trustworthy, driven, talented, successful and down to earth
