Job Description

The successful candidate will be supporting the Digital Transformation Business Readiness team and will engage with all departments supporting digital enhancements. This role would ideally suit someone from a change / comms background.

The Role

• Lead and coordinate change and engagement activities to ensure the smooth transition from the existing ways of working to the new
• Ensure colleges and business areas are thoroughly prepared for the transition
• Generating positive engagement and feedback from stakeholders
• Responsibility for staff engagement and communications
• Identifying and planning for the delivery of benefits
• Embedding the new capabilities into business operations
• Helping managers support staff through significant programmes of change.
