The successful candidate will be supporting the Digital Transformation Business Readiness team and will engage with all departments supporting digital enhancements. This role would ideally suit someone from a change / comms background.
The Role
Lead and coordinate change and engagement activities to ensure the smooth transition from the existing ways of working to the new
Ensure colleges and business areas are thoroughly prepared for the transition
Generating positive engagement and feedback from stakeholders
Responsibility for staff engagement and communications
Identifying and planning for the delivery of benefits
Embedding the new capabilities into business operations
Helping managers support staff through significant programmes of change.
