a) To support students for Student Finance application during our admissions and enrolment processes by contacting students, scheduling online meetings, updating records and responding to enquiries about applications.
b) To assist the Finance team on tracking and chasing students for tuition fee providing a high level of customer care throughout the academic year.
2. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure all students receive full support for their student finance application before the course start providing prompt and accurate advice to their enquiries
Review, analyze and report fee income and missed payments
Manage all Student finance part of the administrative processes related to undergraduate and postgraduate recruitment
Coordinate the School’s recruitment and programme management activities
Support accountant for purchase orders, invoices, expense recording and tracking
Other Duties
The duties listed are not exhaustive and may be varied from time to time as dictated by the changing needs of the GBS.
The post holder will be expected to undertake other duties as appropriate and as requested by his/her Line manager.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance subject. Experience working in finance operations in HEI/AP. A high degree of computer literacy (particularly Microsoft Office applications). Expert in MS Excel and pivot tables. The ability to use statistics and database management. Effective time management and planning. Ability to work independently and strong communication skills.
