Job Description

Key Accountabilities

  • Responsibility for accuracy of Oracle ledgers
  • Work closely with outsource provider to provide monthly management accounts
  • Liaison with internal and external customers
  • Review Prepayments, fixed assets and Accruals
  • Assist in preparation of the VAT return
  • Assistance in and preparation of statutory accounts for AMS
  • Review of group audit file and liaison with auditors
  • Sarbanes Oxley compliance
  • Monthly review of staff expenses
  • Assistance in development financial systems and reporting
  • Assistance with ad hoc work for finance
  • Co-work with other finance teams in the delivery of requirements
  • Monthly intercompany recharges and reconciliation
