To provide management accounts on a periodic basis to the organization. Assist in the preparation of annual accounts for the company. Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure prompt delivery of Hotel and Head office Management Reports.
Assist in Producing annual statutory accounts and liaise with auditors in their work.
Provide routine and ad hoc variance analysis. Explore issues with budget holders and assist in determining the appropriate response.
Books of accounts of non-trading companies are maintained regularly.
Support operations groups in the collation and production of the annual budget.
Assist in Maintaining the chart of accounts to facilitate the generation of reports and accounts.
Assist with month-end and annual closing processes.
Assist in VAT returns (Quarterly)
Maintain Edwardian Construction arm accounts (Dicetask Limited)
The Requirements
Part Qualified accountant with 3 years of financial management experience in the hotel or service sector.
A record of demonstrable personal achievement with proven skills.
Ability to work on projects and develop cross-functional support.
Good communication skills (verbal & written) and the ability to liaise effectively with non-financial staff.
Team player with outstanding interpersonal, negotiation and organizational skills.
IT literate of accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
