Oversee and manage the company compliance databases both internal and for external clients
Input and manage data into Client portals within the Clients designated SLA’s
Assist in the Maintenance, and Revision of Company Policies and Procedures
Ensure that Company and Client policies and procedures are being followed
Produce monthly reports on Operational performance
Complete monthly ISO Accreditation Audits.
Create monthly reports to be presented to the Senior Management Team
Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate
Any other duties as and when required by the business

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines At least 3 years in an administration role. Excellent skills with Microsoft Word Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc. High attention to detail Excellent communication skills - both written and verbally Ability to manage time effectively Efficient and highly organised Good team player and highly customer focussed. A great sense of humour highly beneficial, but not essential! Good knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety.
