Job Description

THE ROLE

  • Oversee and manage the company compliance databases both internal and for external clients
  • Input and manage data into Client portals within the Clients designated SLA’s
  • Assist in the Maintenance, and Revision of Company Policies and Procedures
  • Ensure that Company and Client policies and procedures are being followed
  • Produce monthly reports on Operational performance
  • Complete monthly ISO Accreditation Audits.
  • Create monthly reports to be presented to the Senior Management Team
  • Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate
  • Any other duties as and when required by the business

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines At least 3 years in an administration role. Excellent skills with Microsoft Word Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc. High attention to detail Excellent communication skills - both written and verbally  Ability to manage time effectively  Efficient and highly organised  Good team player and highly customer focussed. A great sense of humour highly beneficial, but not essential! Good knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety.
