Job Description

Responsibilities and duties

  • Provide full administrative service to the team
  • Processing mortgage applications to various mortgage providers
  • Administering the cases from application to completion using online systems
  • Creating Documents, updating and maintaining systems and databases, collation of data
  • Answering telephone and email queries from clients
  • Managing diaries of account managers
  • To provide guidance and updates to clients, solicitors, estate agents and lenders. These situations can be highly emotional or of a sensitive nature which may require the use of excellent negotiating and empathetic skills to reach a satisfactory outcome
  • To be responsible for building strong working relationships with clients, lenders
  • To be responsible for maintaining our database ensuring the information is regularly checked and updated
  • To provide monthly progress reports to the account managers
  • To ensure that required documentation is received and processed in a timely manner
  • To ensure that all documentation is maintained in a secure and confidential manner

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum GCSE grade 4 / C in Mathematics and English At least 1-year experience in mortgage administration (essential) CeMap qualified (desirable) Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office Initiative, attention to detail and a ‘can do’ attitude super organised and able to meet deadlines Reliable and trustworthy Excellent written and verbal communication
