Job Description
Responsibilities and duties
Provide full administrative service to the team
Processing mortgage applications to various mortgage providers
Administering the cases from application to completion using online systems
Creating Documents, updating and maintaining systems and databases, collation of data
Answering telephone and email queries from clients
Managing diaries of account managers
To provide guidance and updates to clients, solicitors, estate agents and lenders. These situations can be highly emotional or of a sensitive nature which may require the use of excellent negotiating and empathetic skills to reach a satisfactory outcome
To be responsible for building strong working relationships with clients, lenders
To be responsible for maintaining our database ensuring the information is regularly checked and updated
To provide monthly progress reports to the account managers
To ensure that required documentation is received and processed in a timely manner
To ensure that all documentation is maintained in a secure and confidential manner
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum GCSE grade 4 / C in Mathematics and English At least 1-year experience in mortgage administration (essential) CeMap qualified (desirable) Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office Initiative, attention to detail and a ‘can do’ attitude super organised and able to meet deadlines Reliable and trustworthy Excellent written and verbal communication
