Assisting in the compilation of relevant training H&S statistics
E&D training – booking/scheduling internal and external training, checking that Policies and eLearning courses have been completed, maintaining records on Learning Zone - supporting Safeguarding, Equality & Diversity Manager
Corporate training – booking/scheduling internal and external training, maintaining records on Learning Zone for teams and Board
Generally maintaining and managing records and updates on Learning Zone
Ensuring that training is arranged in a cost effective, timely manner that minimizes disruption to the organisation.
Supporting the organisation to write/develop own e-learning courses
Support Induction Programme & Probation Reviews on Learning Zone
Assisting with project work and system administration.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of and experience of using a Learning Management System (ideally Learning Nexus) Knowledge of and experience of H&S training requirements for social housing Excellent communication and persuasion skills Excellent IT literacy across a range of MS products, and other information systems A collaborative approach and able to deliver a diverse range of tasks successfully Ability to respond positively to deadlines and targets, working under pressure to complete key tasks An excellent eye for detail and accuracy Ability to listen, understand and translate information quickly to problem solve and create solutions
