Manage payable ledgers, including posting and reconciling invoices in a timely manner
Communicate with supplier and the stock team regarding stock and price queries
Support the assistant accountant running the BACS payment
Prepare and assist with trade reporting e.g. daily sales and weekly trade pack
Assist with the month end accounting, such as posting journals for accruals and prepayments
Adhoc Duties:
Review and process credit card expenses
Responsible for stationary & subsistence orders
Support the Senior Finance Manager with adhoc analysis
Assist the business with other adhoc requirements
The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.
