GSS Recruitment is working with this well established, dynamic accountancy firm based in the Wilmslow area to source an Accounts and Audit Assistant.

The Role:

• The preparation of year end accounts for a range of clients from sole traders through to large limited companies.
• The preparation of personal and corporate tax returns.
• Assist on the occasional audit from planning phase, through to completion.
• Maintain existing client relationships by working with other team members to deliver a timely, professional service.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is looking to build upon their existing accounts/audit experience with a friendly firm who are keen to support you through your training and development.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You will ideally be studying your AAT/ACA/ACCA or equivalent. You must currently be working in a practice environment. Audit experience would be advantageous but if you have been doing accounts preparation and would like to receive audit training then my client is very happy to provide this.
