Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Client Care Administratorto join our dynamic team on a Permanent basis. This role is perfect for anyone who is looking to stay within the Security industry or looking to start a new career in security.

To ensure post installation, takeover of services from a competitor, or where a service and maintenance contract is in place, that throughout the contract duration the client experience is '1st class', leading to renewal of contract at expiry.

This purpose to be achieved more specifically by:

  • Regular customer interaction
  • Timely professional response and close-out of disputed matters
  • Close liaison with internal impacted stakeholders

The main responsibilities for this position are:-

  • Develop new strategies for customer retention activities.
  • Respond to client queries and address service complaints in a timely manner.
  • Track contracts that are soon to be expired and contact customers for renewals.
  • Analyse customer feedbacks and develop new techniques to ensure customer retention.
  • Provide excellent client services and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Build positive working relationships with clients for repeat businesses.
  • Explain to clients about new products and benefits.
  • Make sales calls to existing and new clients for business growth.
  • Perform client negotiations and reach a fair conclusion from both Securitas and client perspectives.
  • Any other duties as directed by the Finance / Office Manager

This Client Care Administrator position will allow you to demonstrate your exemplary customer service skills as you engage with clients and visitors, whilst remaining vigilant to any security issues that could have the potential to escalate at any given time.

To work with us you will need to be confident, articulate and communicate well both orally and in written language.

Our team need to be immaculately turned out, polite and proactive when engaging with customers to ensure a complete customer experience is provided, as we aim to maintain our outstanding reputation for excellence.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
5-year checkable education / work history. Right to Work in the UK Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
