Job Description

You will answer queries by providing information about products and services, respond to customer complaints by listening to the issues, determining root causes of issues and defects, and then liaising with colleagues and departments to solve issues accordingly.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
" Previous office-based customer service experience with customer interaction via telephone is essential " Experience of complaint resolution in a fast paced environment would be beneficial " The successful candidate will have great people and communication skills - friendly, patient, a strong listener and able to build rapport with people. A strong desire to deliver great customer service " Strong administration skills, able to prioritise and work accurately and under pressure " Strong MS office skills is essential, MS Access is an advantage
