We are looking for Customer Support Administrators to join a growing office in an ongoing temporary position. Initially to get through busy period however there are permanent opportunities available.

You will be answering questions, queries, and concerns regarding any products, helping advise on any additional or alternative lines. Most importantly you will be assisting and improving the overall online shopping experience for clients and providing a high level of Administrative support.

Within this role you will have the following responsibilities:
Email contact with customers and internal departments to ensure the smooth end to end purchase process
Resolving customer issues, processing customer orders
Managing orders and making sure they are completed in a timely manner
Administrative support for the department and on behalf of management
Checking the stock levels
Ensuring that every client receives a professional service
Managing web queries in a professional and timely manner
