Sales Administrator / Customer Service / Inbound Sales - £20,500 - Gloucester - Permanent - Monday to Friday

The successful Sales Administrator / Customer Service Operative / Inbound Sales will be working for a large distribution company in Gloucester on a full time permanent basis. Our client is looking to increase their head count their as the company is expanding due to high demand on their products.

The ideal Sales Administrator / Customer Service Operative / Inbound Sales will need to have: excellent communication skills, able to organise own work load, deal with high volume of incoming calls in a professional manner, be able to provide an exceptional customer service at all times. You will be responsible for processing volume orders over the telephone plus any resulting paper work. This role requires 95% of your day on the telephone.
