The newly created Purchase Ledger Role will be key part of this Finance team for an aggressively growing media firm based in the Central of London.

Role

This Purchase Ledger role for this Media firm based in the Central of London (EC3) will help the Finance Director build the Accounting function, put processes in place and refine existing one. The role will be responsible for Processing and uploading supplier invoices and employees credit cards into NetSuite, ensuring all transactions are correctly coded, Preparing invoices for artists recharges and reconciling artists billback accounts, Updating and maintaining assistants register (during shows season) Distributing credit cards to agents for coding. There are a lot of queries internally and externally making the role more varied and ad hoc.
