Job Description
The successful applicant will report directly into the operations director.
The main duties of the Purchasing Administrator include (but are not limited to):
Monitor stock levels held within company warehouse
Work with clearing agents and logistics regarding any relevant imports and exports
Manage customer order process
General administration in support of the Purchasing department
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience working within a; Purchasing, Supply Chain, Logistics or Stock Control role Proficient in the use of MS Packages, including MS Excel & preferably an MRP system Strong communication and teamwork skills - able to build relationships with suppliers and colleagues Comfortable with analysing data
