This exciting new Recruitment Business Administrator position will be responsible for providing robust back office and administration support to members of the team, senior management in addition to temporary workers.
Duties will also include working with and supporting the other group businesses on a regular basis that require similar support to Smart Temps.
Although based with the recently refurbished Hull City Centre offices (Danish Buildings) you will be expected to travel between our other office in Welton on a weekly basis. Therefore, you must have a valid UK driving licence and use of a vehicle.
We are looking to invest and develop the successful candidate, so career progression is certainly an option for the right person.
Having excellent attention to detail, being a completer finisher with great communication and telephone skills are essential. You will also need to be competent in using MS Excel, MS Word, and various social media/internet sites.
Although not essential, ability to speak Lithuanian, Russian or Polish would be advantageous.
