Job Description

Management Accountant Responsibilities:

  • Support department managers providing detailed analysis into costs associated to budgets
  • Production of weekly financial & non-financial KPI’s including detailed analysis and commentary
  • Support wider Finance team in accurately recording business area spend & analysing actual spend vs budget spend
  • Support in the preparation of commentary & executive summary for budget meetings
  • Balance Sheet reconciliations
  • Business partnering to identify insights spend and work with stakeholders to achieve efficiencies
  • Assist in a variety of project work as per the business needs

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Actively studying mid to late stages CIMA/ACCA/ACA or Passed Finalist. Strong technical and management accounting skills. Potentially seeking a first or second move from practice into industry. Excellent Excel skills. Able to give financial knowledge to non-financial managers.
