Job Description

The Financial Controller will provide leadership to a global finance team of twelve to ensure the delivery of accurate and timely financial reporting and transactional compliance contributing to key financial inputs to the Executive Management Team and to the Group as a whole.

This is a broad, hands-on role and so interested applicants will need to demonstrate significant financial reporting experience along with commercial acumen and business partnering skills. The ability to build effective working relationships with senior stakeholders will be key as will the ability to challenge constructively and diplomatically when necessary. Experience of managing and motivating a diverse finance team, some of whom are based overseas would be beneficial.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The successful applicant will take ownership for the budgeting process, liaising closely with the Senior Management team and other key internal stakeholders and will provide them with meaningful financial reporting and commercial information in order to aid their decision making.
