Job Description
This role will work closely with a range of stakeholders across the wider business and will be both highly visible and will play a key part for the future growth of the organization.
They are looking for someone who not only has the capability to meet technical requirements, but also displays the behaviors needed to build strong relationships with and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
A core requirement of the role will also be to seek ways to continuously improve processes and procedures and share ideas and information with the Senior Management Team.
Key duties and responsibilities will include:
Key financial processes (including month end close, monthly forecasting, annual budgeting and financial control
Business Partnering with a range of non-financial stakeholders to discuss and help manage budgets and forecasts
Delivery of relevant and insightful reporting and analysis
Analysis of product and overhead costs
Sales and margin analysis
Production and delivery of monthly board pack
Attending regular meetings to discuss performance and financial issues
Ensure integrity of data at all times
Involvement in a range of ad-hoc projects
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA). Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with a range of senior stakeholders. Ability to work in a complex, fast paced environment and respond under ambiguous situations. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, an unfaltering attention to detail and is highly logical and numerate. Ability to present ideas and opinions in a collaborative, credible and influential manner A continuous improvement mind-set. Proven ability to make financial information simple and insightful for finance and non-finance decision makers. Solid appreciation of management accounting, financial data management and reporting within a multinational organization. This role would suit a qualified accountant who already has strong partnering experience and is keen to further develop their commercial accounting experience.
