Our client is currently looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a vibrant personal shopping business based in Central London. This role will be for 3-6 months initially on a temporary basis.
The successful candidate would be paid between £13.00-£14.50 per hour PAYE + holiday pay. ( This will be depending on experience).
Duties include:
Manage to day-day AP process including 3-way match of invoices, coding and approval prior to payment.
Efficiently and accurately code invoices
Manage and code credit card expenses
Manage supplier relationships
Reconcile account activity
Review expense reports and credit card transactions
Requirements:
Inventory or manufacturing experience (essential)
A minimum of 1 year AP experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Experience using an ERP system
Retail or eCommerce experience would be a plus
Strong communication skills
