Actual results, budgets, forecasts and strategic plans - Getting a clear understanding of the underlying performance of each of the divisions and the factors contributing to this, helping to communicate this to senior management and ensuring that resources are allocated optimally across the Group to deliver short, medium and long term targets.

Improve Global functions reporting and insight, provide finance business partner support for functional Senior Executives to identify business opportunities

Engage, influence and guide the finance team in understanding financial impacts and trends

Design and develop a centre of excellence for recharges and allocation models for costs required to be recharged to markets

Develop reporting processes and procedures to improve control and efficiency

Support Group Finance Business Partner in delivering In Control Framework and improvements beyond

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA or CIMA) Experience working as a Senior Finance professional Ability to influence, engage and constructively challenge Good problem solving Management Reporting Ideally SAP but not essential Advanced Excel
