Job Description

Experienced payroll administrator required for a successful business based in Uxbridge.

Your new company
This is a US owned company that operates within a very specialist field. We are looking for a payroll administrator to join the HR / finance team on a temporary basis for 2 -3 months. There is flexibility available in the hours that someone works.

Your new role
You will take sole responsibility for administering the payroll for 130 monthly paid staff via an outsourced service. Some of the payroll will be head office salaried staff and others will be factory / operational staff. You will need to handle any starters, leavers, shift allowances and overtime rates, ensuring that the payroll file is submitted to the outsourced provider in time each month.

What you'll need to succeed
Experience of administering a payroll and dealing with queries from employees. Good IT and Excel skills.
