Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Carry out planning, audits, risk assessments and method statements across the entirety of the client site
- Advise management of best practices relating to Health & Safety based on results found
- Maintain up to date working knowledge of new legislation
- Implement new Health & Safety schemes and continuous improvements methods and ensure they are actioned accordingly
- Manage aspects of the companies budget and ensure that contingency plans are fully supported
- Carry out ongoing training and development and work closely with Managers, Team Leaders and Supervisors to identify areas where knowledge is lacking
- Attend management meetings and provide detailed input on issues relating to Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality standards
