Job Description

A typical day? Is busy, busy, busy… prospecting for new introducers whether it be a Bank, Building Society, Affinity Relationship, Solicitors or Accountant. Building those strong relationships, being on point and securing new relationships.

It's very rewarding when you've spent time with potential partners explaining our proposition and the opportunities for them within the equity release market. You can literally see the penny drop when they realise the true potential of equity release for them, their business and their clients and it's really rewarding that you know your meeting has added value to them.

You are a hunter who eats, sleeps and repeats new acquisition deals. We need a doer and a straight-talking sales professional who can bring results quickly.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Essential Skills An understanding of the UK Mortgage industry. An understanding of the Financial Services industry. Business to Business B2B sales experience. Proven track record of identifying and securing new partnerships. Proven track record of delivering and exceeding sales targets. Desirable Skills An understanding of the later life market and intermediary distribution. Knowledge of the investment and retirement market. CeMAP or similar equivalent qualifications. CeRER or similar equivalent qualifications.
