Responsibilities include:
Assisting with the recruitment process and all onboarding administration (applicant sourcing, posting job adverts, arranging interviews, taking up references, contracts of employment, setting up new starter files, etc)
Assisting with employee induction and training
Answer employee queries on HR related issues
Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information
Contributing towards Health & Safety and wellbeing activities throughout the business
Maintaining accurate holidays and sickness absence records and employee files
Reporting on HR metrics, e.g. sickness absence, staff turnover
Support and co-ordinate the development and implementation of company initiatives and processes, including performance reviews
Organising social functions
Hours:
Part-time hours to be agreed, flexibility on days/times provided they are within the core office hours of 9-5pm
