Duties to include:
• Provide a first-class service to the companies international clients
• Process orders for clients via phone, email and fax
• Keep up to date with export and freight news and documentation
• Liaise with the distribution team to ensure orders are dispatched in a timely manner
• General Administration tasks
• Work closely with the accounts team to raise invoices and issue credit notes
• Work closely with colleagues to resolve every query quickly and efficiently
Skills and Experience Required:
• Fluent in French and German essential
• Strong administration skills and experience
• Previous experience in a similar role highly advantageous
• Strong IT skills, confident with MS office functions
Salary: £c£24,000 - £28,000
Hours: Monday – Friday (9-5)
