Job Description

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- To ensure the all driving staff have appropriate paperwork before leaving the yard. 
- Preparing paperwork and manifests for drivers
- Communicate with drivers over the phone with updates
- Print all email delivery notes
- Update Manpac ongoing with customer paperwork received and pallet counts
- Allocate all paperwork to depot trays
- Ensure driver packs are ready for collection as each day
- Update Manpac with Trailer numbers for evening
- Book Shipping’s daily
- Communicate with customers if paperwork delayed
- Ensure all paperwork is gathered from drivers
 


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Attention to detail/accuracy. - Computer Literate in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook. - Ability to work as part of a team or as standalone. - Conscientious and reliable with a flexible attitude. - Strong and effective communicator at all levels. - The ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure. - Effectively prioritise work load in order to meet set deadlines. - Have a good working knowledge within a Warehouse and Logistics operation. - Be proactive and effective at being the best in class. - Work and communicate effectively across multi-functional depts.
