The Customer Service Manager role is to plan, co-ordinate and control the activities of the Customer Services team, to enhance customer experience by ensuring timely and effective communication channels and a developing a comprehensive knowledge of customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Regularly updating the Manpack system, ensuring that data is up-to date and accurate
- Liaising with the customers on queries
- Liaising with depots regarding arrival times
- Providing daily reports to the Transport Department
- Providing daily reports to the Customer
- Contacting customers/suppliers for any outstanding paperwork
- Prepare manifests/paperwork for deliveries the following day
- Answering queries via email/phonecalls
- Preparing CDR Reports
