Attend meetings as required, and take notes
Compile and produce a clear and agreed record of the meeting action points for circulation
Ensure that Managers have relevant information in correct format for required meetings
Maintain the confidentiality of client information
General administrative duties
You will be expected to have good organisational skills and be able to use IT effectively in implementing tasks.
Your recent UK working experience going back at least 5 years, or full employment history if you have been working for fewer years than this.
Your availability to work either immediately, or at short notice.
The candidate needs to have a level of flexibility as they will probably be required to attend meetings outside the normal 9 till 5 role. There will be a requirement to work an 8hr day between 7am to 8pm
