Job role - Help Desk Administrator
Job Purpose:
This job role includes reception duties including answering switch board / helpdesk phones. Directing face to face patients and staff. Admin duties as requested by line manager.
The role is shift pattern work and will be on router hours. ** HOURS ARE 08:00 - 18:00 SAT & SUN; 07:00 -13:00 / 13:00 - 19:00 (on 2 week rolling rota, early week one, late week two) **
