Job Description

Where you will deal with everything from processing orders to general customer service.

Main Job Responsibilities:

  • Order acceptance, generation and acknowledgements
  • Coordination of quotation requests & acknowledgements
  • Requirements capture and execution
  • Contract review process
  • Order execution process aligned with manufacturing SLA's and agreed lead times
  • Establish and maintain new customer accounts (master data) and agreements within the ERP system
  • Maintain applicable customer portals and information systems (letters of conformity, special information requirements)
  • Establish customer satisfaction rates and information (feedback)
  • Provide information (track & trace), guidance and support for product information and technical service requests
  • Capture and communication of customer change requests (products and services)
  • Level 1 support for receiving, setting up and closing out of customer complaints and issues
  • Support for company website and promotional activities
  • Maintaining professional and technical knowledge of applicable portfolios and services

Paying a salary of £17.500 a year.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong attention to detail Confident over the phone Great work ethic Ability to work in a Team Experience in Sales admin is preferable At least 2 years Admin experience.
