As a Commercial Administrator you will calculate quotations, write proposals and contracts as well as follow up on existing proposals and maintain contracts; additionally you will be supporting a varied range of business, administrative and project tasks to internal and external customers, related to customer service and business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Calculating and preparing proposals for hardware and software solutions.
Add new proposals to the Salesforce CRM system and update progress on open proposals.
Monthly reports on activity of new and open proposals and won contracts.
Gathering data from several sources to generate service sales reports.
Liaising with the legal department for approval of contracts.
Write processes to define services delivery and publish internally.
Registration of new contracts and assets for newly sold services.
