Accountancy and Tax recruitment specialists Clark Wood are currently working on behalf of a highly progressive and prestigious firm of accountants in Sale, Manchester who are looking to add a Personal Tax Senior / Private Client Tax Senior to their tax advisory team.

Forming an integral part of the firm’s tax advisory team, you will work closely with the Tax Partner in the provision of a variety of tax planning services to a range of clients.

As a Personal Tax Senior / Private Client Tax Senior you will liaise directly with clients including HNWIs, company directors and sole traders.

You will work with the Tax Partner to provide advice in a range of areas including and not limited to;

• Extraction planning
• Reorganizations
• Share schemes
• Incorporations
• Inheritance Tax planning
• Advice on sales and buy-outs
• Capital Gains Tax planning
• Research and Development tax relief
• Property advice and structures
• EIS and other tax-advantaged investments

The ideal candidate may be CTA qualified or may be working towards the CTA at present and will have a wealth of experience in Personal Tax work. Prior tax advisory experience would be beneficial however individuals with strong compliance experience and a genuine desire to build a career within advisory work will definitely be considered. Excellent training and guidance will be available to the successful candidate.
