Key Responsibilities

• Develop a detailed understanding of the core businesses within the group and key drivers of their business performance
• Produce 5 year strategic plans analysing key metrics and financial resources
• Collaborate with regulatory team to understand and plan capital and liquidity positions.
• Provide analytical review and challenge to key projects
• Prepare clear, concise and accurate information for Senior Management and the Board on business performance and emerging trends
• Assist with the group’s announcements to market by collaborating with Investor Relations on trends and business performance.
• Perform detailed financial review for key strategic projects
• Deliver ad hoc projects and analysis to the Group FD and FP&A Director
• Recruit, train and develop your team.
