Job Description

It will be your remit to support the workshop and sales with all administration duties. These will include:

  • Collating job and time sheets
  • Collating and checking Invoicing for parts
  • Careful administration of parts buying and usage
  • Sales administration, including book pack management
  • General admin support for the Workshop Manager

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will need to be resilient and hardworking individual with excellent communication skills. It is essential that you are proficient with M/S office including excel and have a keen eye for detail and numbers. You will be able to work under pressure, knows what real support looks like and can cope with multiple tasks and changing priorities.
