Job Description

The Role:

  • Ensuring 100% accuracy of all project tool movements and maintain database accordingly.
  • Liaising with selected courier customer service department to ensure tools are delivered to customer site on time and in full.
  • Carrying out primary/secondary quality checks on ALL orders.
  • Managing internal inbox for incoming customer orders and coordinating the customer order in accordance with department procedures, ensuring information is correct.
  • Liaising with procurement with regards to stocked ancillary items.
  • Ensure all lifting beam equipment as well as appropriate paperwork is supplied to customers ensuring agreed dates can be met.
  • Management of all method statements created and issued to customers.
  • Liaising and organising of all pre site visits prior to start of project.
  • Order entry of ALL orders onto SAP and bulk management of all orders.
  • Communications (Phone/E-mail) made to customers at a high level of customer service.
  • Ensure incoming and outgoing mail is managed effectively.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
GCSE's or equivalent in Mathematics and English. Professional telephone manner with an excellent experience of dealing with customers. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to make decisions under pressure. Ability to use own initiative. A positive 'can do' attitude and ability to work in a fast paced team. Able to multitask, prioritise and manage time
