Job Description

The role will report to the Management Accountant and will work as part of a small / friendly and professional Finance team.

On a day to day basis you will work across - Sage Payroll and Sage 50 - along with Word and Excel.

Your job role will include;

• Processing of Weekly Payroll c 100 staff - including SSP / SMP etc.
• update of Weekly Payroll Reports
• processing of Subcontractors and CIS
• processing of Pension Contributions using Peoples Pension
• maintaining Starters and Leavers and also general HR files
• update of accurate Training and Health and Safety records
• processing of Purchase and Sales Ledger Invoices - including Coding and Payment
• processing and payment of Expense
• ad hoc Finance duties as required
