The role:

You will work in a small and friendly office in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent support to both new and existing clients calling in, entering and logging data, conversations and updates. 

Liaising with other internal teams to answer any outstanding queries. You will need to enter data accurately and efficiently onto the system as well as communicate with other departments, arrange call backs and forward information requested by the client.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Experience within Customer Service focussed position is a MUST within an office or call centre environment  • Strong administration skills (Use of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook). • Good telephone manner – confident to liaise over the telephone • Strong communicator both written and verbal • Able to multi-task and prioritise workload to ensure all tasks are completed on time
