Job Description

The successful candidate will be joining a friendly, hardworking and professional team, responsible for providing administrative support.

You will bring at least 2-3 years’ experience working within an administration focused role. You’ll be confident liaising with clients and possess exceptional written and spoken communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for a number of key clients, handling correspondence both on email and by phone, liaising closely to tight deadlines
  • Compose professional emails to senior level clients
  • Dealing with queries, enquiries, questions and providing information on the latest developments
  • Understands necessity to continually reprioritise case loads
  • Acting as the main pivot between the client and administration

Salary: £20k- £25k depending on experience (top end will only be considered for those with industry specific knowledge and experience)


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
At least 2-3 years within an admin focused role, ideally within professional services Excellent levels of English grammar both written and spoken Naturally proactive with good organisational skills Flexible with a 'can do' attitude Polite, professional telephone manner Confident using initiative Confident computer skills including MS Office
