Job Description

Your new role

Joining our team as an Administrator, you will be carrying out varied administration duties including:

  • Answering and Screening phone calls
  • General Reception / administration duties.
  • Maintain procedures, monitoring logbook and key book.
  • Assisting with compliance certificates, Utilities, bills.
  • Ordering of office supplies, furniture.
  • Booking trains, hotels for Directors.
  • Diary management.
  • Incoming and outgoing post.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent organisational skills, delivering to deadlines and ability to work under pressure Good standard of verbal and written communication Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with a range of individuals and roles Excellent communication and team working skills Experience and competence in Microsoft Office Able to work well on their own, prioritising tasks in a proactive manner Good knowledge of Data Protection (training provided) Experience of a demanding administration role Good understanding of confidentiality and discretion Good attention to detail Calm approach and problem solver Punctual and reliable
