Overview
Working in partnership with the HR team on all project matters.
Holding 1-2-1 consultations
Arrange meetings in accordance with relevant policy time lines to support the project.
Support the HR team, as required with employee relations meetings or policy and procedure advice
Produce timely action plans for all project related activities and ensure compliance with all agreed timescales.
Feedback to the team on updates and reports in a timely manner.
Link with the People Support where necessary.
Maintain accurate records of all HR administration
Liaise with People Services on matters relating to the project as required.
Attend and actively take part in HR project team meetings.
The candidate will need to be flexible with working hours, they will probably be required to hold meetings outside the normal 9 till 5 role and be available to work an 8hr day between 7am to 8pm.
