Job Description

Our client is a manufacturer of bespoke home ware items. Their products are sold UK wide with an emphasis on quality and a unique product.
They have an ambitious plan and targets to raise their in- store presence to an even greater extent over the next 12 Months.
Our Client now needs a certain “full package”, Hands on and enthusiastic Individual to take on the opportunity of Operations and Facilities Administrator and support in this vision.

If so then read on:-

* Our client needs an effective and confident administrator to work in a busy warehouse environment.
* You’ll meet and greet visitors to the warehouse and ensure that all health and safety compliance is adhered to.
* You’ll manage the service schedule of company’s vehicles as well as producing all required documents to manage this process.
* You’ll also need to keep a record and manage any improvements or repairs that the building may need.
* Alongside the reporting, you will be expected to be Hands on when able and know the “How” as well as the “why”


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Do you have 3 years’ experience of working as an administrator? * Are you also a hands on and practical individual with general maintenance skills to offer? * Have you got some knowledge of Health & Safety procedures? * Are you proficient in Microsoft products such as Excel and Word? * Do you hold a driving licence and are you happy to go the extra mile at work?
